DISINTEGRATION

Directed by - Billikin Boddah

“The promise of permanence causes a blooming relationship to collapse on the first night in their new home.”

Disintegration was shot over three nights from a 40-page script, making it one of the most ambitious and fast-paced productions I’ve worked on to date. The film’s concept required the lead characters to repeatedly swap roles, meaning many scenes had to be shot twice with the actors reversing performances and blocking. To maintain the demanding schedule, the project was lit primarily with practical lighting, allowing for both speed and a grounded visual style. What began as a short film ultimately evolved into a much larger production, with enough material captured to assemble a small feature-length cut.
